Me vs. Machines is the latest project from Brent Mathews, an Atlanta-based songwriter and artist.
This project is deliberate, culturally relevant, and built around a simple belief: AI and machines can generate, but they can’t feel.
Once a top-five national finalist in a songwriting search backed by MTV and Universal Records, Brent has also fronted several bands and released a self-titled EP in 2021 that generated over 200,000 streams without any formal marketing support.
For Brent, there’s a lot of intentionality and focus around this next chapter: sharing his human experience through music that is raw, emotional, and 100% human.
